Zhenda (ZD) Yin
Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Peking University (HSBC Business School), currently on leave at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Antai College). ​​​My research areas lie in Labor/Personnel Economics, Industrial Organizations, and Applied Microeconomic Theory. In Labor/Personnel Economics, I explore issues related to corporate strategy, non-monetary incentive, and matching of workers to job positions. In Industrial Organizations, I am interested in topics related to digital economy​.
